Christmas may have come early for cash-rich proprietary institutions seeking to increase their market share and/or acquire accreditation via acquisition of financially struggling non-profit schools. The Department of Education conducted its version of stress tests for college -- more than 100 colleges didn't make the grade, according to a story in the Chronicle this morning.
The following schools should be at the top of every educational entrepreneur's shopping list.
