Update: Supreme Court Rules in Favor of New Haven Firefighters in Ricci v. Destefano

Awhile back, CCAP published a study, The Law of Unintended Consequences Revisited: The Case of Ricci v. Destefano, in support of the New Haven, Connecticut firefighters. The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the firefighters, reversing an earlier decision by Judge Sotomayor - Obama's nominee for the Supreme Court.
